The Wildlife Society’s (TWS) mission is to represent and serve the professional community of scientists, managers, educators, technicians, planners, and others who work actively to study, manage, and conserve wildlife and habitats worldwide.
Benefits include: Opportunities for communication among members, other chapters, and The Wildlife Society. A chance to prepare for careers in wildlife biology, conservation, and management; commune with members who have professionalism and high standards of scholarship; and foster awareness of wildlife issues.
Membership fee: $41.
Process: Any full-time, active student at the university is eligible. Go to The Wildlife Society website and join as a student. Upload a copy of your paid receipt to the Office of Student Affairs to be added to the chapter's roster.
