Delta Mu Delta Honor Society

Delta Mu Delta is an international honor society for high achieving business students. We officially chartered the chapter, Mu Zeta in September 2011, making it the 294th chapter of Delta Mu Delta.

Membership & Fees

Benefits include: Networking opportunities, scholarship programs, acknowledgment for federal employment, access to the society’s newsletter The Vision, and a subscription to Bloomsburg Businessweek.

Lifetime membership fee: $65 (grants a membership certificate, distinctive key insignia, and lifetime contact through the society newsletter).

Note: Alumni can join up to 12 months after their conferral.

Chapter Standing

Delta Mu Delta has achieved BRONZE standing, per the university's Chapter Standards program. Bronze standing demonstrates a notable level of chapter involvement and denotes excellence in chapter leadership and member engagement.



Leadership Opportunities

Campus leadership opportunities are a great way to meet other students, alumni, and faculty at the university while also developing skills in the areas of:

  • Self-management
  • Administrative and project management
  • Organizational knowledge and strategy
  • Critical thinking and reflection
  • Communication skills
  • Leadership and teamwork

The Office of Student and Alumni Affairs is always looking for people to get involved and be campus leaders, including chapter officers, who lead student organizations like this one. If you’re interested in being a campus leader and chapter officer, please email to ask if there are chapter officer openings for this organization!


Eligible students will receive an invitation during the months of June and November. If you believe you are eligible and do not receive an invitation, email


  • Active bachelor's or master's level student in an ACBSP accredited School of Business program: Accounting, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Reverse Logistics Management
  • Completed half the semester hours required in your current program (at least 6 semester hours with the university and at least one course in the past 12 months)
  • Have a GPA in the top 20% of students in the School of Business
    • Undergraduates must have a 3.84 or above cumulative GPA
    • Graduates must have a 3.94 or above cumulative GPA
    • GPA thresholds are reviewed each year on July 1
  • Alumni can join retroactively if conferred in the past year
  • Has complied with university policies on academic integrity
