Prior Learning Assessment

Our Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program offers the opportunity to earn credit for learning outside the confines of a traditional classroom. The PLA portfolio program might be right for you if you have developed college- or graduate-level knowledge, skills, and abilities, and are able to demonstrate that these skills meet the learning objectives of an academic course.

Transfer Credits

We are committed to awarding our students as much transfer credit as possible. Take advantage of our free preliminary transfer credit review to find out if the college credits you previously earned might transfer here. The more credits you have to transfer, the sooner you can achieve your goal of degree completion.

    Choose Your Program

    Select your desired academic program from our 200+ degrees and certificates. Use our program finder to compare programs or call us for help if you're not sure which program is right for you.

    Apply Online

    There is no fee to apply for undergraduate or master's-level programs.* Our online application takes just minutes to complete. 

    *A $100 fee is required for all doctoral applications.

    Complete Admissions Requirements

    After you submit your application, an admissions representative will walk you through the follow-up steps you need to get started.

    Register for Courses

    Our classes start monthly, so you can begin soon after being admitted to the University.
