Leadership and service opportunities are an important part of your student experience, providing unique opportunities for personal and professional development. Campus leaders are volunteer members of the university community who provide support for organized activities and co-curricular programs. Students, alumni, faculty, and university staff are invited to participate.
Leadership Opportunities

Volunteer faculty and staff members who provide leadership and oversight for the university’s student organizations.
Volunteer student and/or alumni members who provide leadership, goal planning, and guidance to all chapter members.
Students, alumni, faculty, and staff with an interest in educational or professional development, skill development, or coaching and motivation.
Students, alumni, faculty, and staff with an interest in enhancing communication skills or professional development through sharing university-related content via social media.
Students, alumni, faculty, and staff with an interest in actively participating in university task forces or other opportunities to provide feedback, to ensure the goals of the task force and the University are met.

The University Ambassadors amplify the story of American Public University by sharing experiences, advocating for University initiatives, and by serving as a role model for prospective and current students and alumni. Eligible students and alumni may apply.
