Viewing Credit Balances

To view possible payment or credit balance refunds, log into the ecampus and under the Finance/My Account menu select My Student Account.

Please allow 30 days for the processing of tuition refunds. Depending on the original payment method, refunds may not be issued if there is a past due balance on the account. In some cases, credits may instead be applied to the open balance.

Audit Students

There are no refunds for students withdrawing from audit courses after the first week of class.

Involuntary Withdrawals

You will receive the standard tuition refund based on the date of the withdrawal if you are involuntarily withdrawn from courses due to lack of academic progress or suspension due to student conduct issues, including plagiarism.

Return of Financial Aid Based on Course Drops and Withdrawals

Any changes in enrollment status (i.e., dropping or withdrawing from full-time to half-time) or other circumstances where you drop or withdraw from courses may impact Federal Student Aid eligibility.

Federal regulations state that if you do not begin attendance in or complete all courses you were scheduled to attend, you may be subject to a Return of Title IV (R2T4) calculation which will determine how much financial aid you have earned and are eligible to receive.

View the university's drop and withdrawal policies for more Title IV information.
