Changing Payment Type
When you register for courses, you are asked to select a payment type (i.e. FSA, credit card, etc.). You can change your selection up until the close of the registration period in which you registered.
To make a payment type change, log into the ecampus and click the Enter Classes button. If the course is eligible for a change in payment type, you will see a link with that instruction. Click the link and follow the steps.
Changing Payment Type after Registration Closes
If you attempt to change your payment type during a late registration window or up to the first Thursday of the course, you’ll need to contact the university’s registrar's office at email@example.com or call 877-755-2787 (Mon – Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET).
Federal Student Aid Students
If you are using FSA loans or grants, please select Federal Student Aid as your payment type. Many of our students make the mistake of choosing "loan" as their payment type, but that should only be selected if you are receiving a private loan.
