February and May 2023 - Special Topics in Management: Leading Remote Teams Leading Remote Teams: Students will learn how to effectively management and lead a remote team of workers. Students in this course will discover the skills needed for the role of remote team managers as well as tactics for productive remote team development, collaboration, and communication. This course explores technologies used for remote team work and task assignment.
