This course is designed to provide the student with the ability to analyze the various processes and sources of seed and venture capital for funding a new enterprise – debt and equity. Planning for the funding aspect of a new venture is critical and this course will address the alternative sources of funds for carrying out the mission of the venture. Students must have access to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software. This course requires the student to purchase additional materials.
