Legal Practices for Entrepreneurs examines how legal decisions influence entrepreneurial risk, control, and long-term business sustainability. The course emphasizes legal thinking as a strategic component of business decision-making rather than a set of technical rules or procedures. Students analyze common legal risks faced by small business owners, including business formation, contracts, intellectual property, employment practices, and regulatory compliance. The course builds legal awareness and strategic judgment to support informed decision-making and effective risk management.  Spanish language learners may complete this course in Spanish.
