Even after finding success as a performer on Broadway and with Cirque du Soleil, AJ knew there was more in store for her educational journey.

Through dedication and perseverance, AJ finished both her undergraduate and graduate education in sports and health sciences. She also found the mentorship and support she needed to pursue a new world of research.

What started as a hypothesis during her master’s program is now taking AJ down an exciting new path toward a revolutionary therapeutic breathing technique she calls “Breathography.”

AJ was living a performer’s dream in New York City. But her busy Broadway schedule didn’t quell her desire for additional education.

The University’s flexible schedule allowed AJ to balance life, family, and work commitments and finish both her undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Her master’s program research has become a new breathing technique with revolutionary benefits for her exercise and therapy clients.
