The online Master of Science in Sports and Health Sciences offered by our University focuses on the study of physical, physiological, psychological, and functional adaptations to humans.
Our University offers this dynamic graduate program entirely online, giving dedicated sports and health science professionals the opportunity to earn a quality master’s degree while still balancing their work-life schedules. The unique curriculum was designed specifically to provide students with the knowledge to design effective movement programs that assist clients, patients, or organizations in achieving their athletic, fitness, or general health goals.
Students are challenged to think critically and to apply their findings in relation to the latest advances in human bioenergetics, nutrition, movement, and learning. Courses are taught by expert instructors. Many serve as leaders in the sports and health discipline, both professionally and academically.
Instructors interact with students online to help translate qualitative and quantitative research into applicable techniques that optimize sports performance and the quality of health in humans.
