School of Arts and Humanities

Online Degree and Certificate Programs

Take a rewarding journey examining the evolution of humankind through the study of its greatest philosophers, literature, cultures, and works of art that define civilization from antiquity to present day. Inspired by the Great Books tradition, the School of Arts and Humanities enriches students seeking to expand their horizons by participating in a unique collection of interdisciplinary courses. The school’s curriculum critically engages students through the development of professional skills such as research, analytic interpretation, and interpersonal communication, while also delivering a rich educational experience.

Students choose from a broad array of online degree programs that include history, communication, cybercrime, English, humanities, management, psychology, leadership, and more. These versatile programs give students the opportunity to select from programs that relate to many popular career fields and to collaborate with peers having similar interests. Many students become actively involved outside the classroom through affiliated organizations such as the Golden Key Honor Society, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Student Veterans of America to name a few.

We want you to make an informed decision about the university that's right for you. For more about our graduation rates, the median debt of students who completed the program, and other important information, visit www.apus.edu/disclosure.
