This senior capstone course allows students majoring in transportation and logistics to analyze specific program related issues and problems using the knowledge and understanding gained by completing the required courses in the program and a significant number of the major courses. (Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 105 hours towards your program)

Current Syllabi
This course will provide the completion requirements as given by the university. The student will work towards the completion of a project based on a particular topic of interest in transportation and logistics management with weekly discussions based on current topics, trends, and challenges within transportation and logistics management. As such, the student will complete the following objectives during this 8-‐week course:
- Examine the theory and politics of TLM.
- Assess the relevancy of emerging concepts in TLM.
- Analyze the impact of local, state, and federal policy on TLM.
- Discuss the various forms of TLM and its impact on various economic activities.
- Evaluate the role of TLM and current transportation security measures.
- Identify new issues, challenges, and trends in TLM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in on-line research through completion of the course project.
