HOSP350 - Managing Technology in the Hospitality Industry

Focus is on getting the most efficient and effective outcomes from interconnected multiple-systems at a single location, the ease of movement between component parts, and the development and ongoing maintenance of the hotel’s website.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:

1. Develop criteria used to evaluate hospitality technology

2. Evaluate the elements and procedures of a property-level reservations system

3. Evaluate the elements and processes for interfacing with a property management system

4. Distinguish between methods of informational management within a hospitality environment
