We hope you will join us at the beautiful Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. If you would like to attend and/or participate in the ceremony, you must register your attendance.
All deans and department chairs are expected to participate in all commencement events on Friday and Saturday, and must register their attendance. All faculty who wish to attend must register their participation or attendance as a guest.
If you plan to process in the ceremony, you are required to wear academic regalia. Please rent regalia from Jostens if you don't own regalia.
Faculty planning to attend should book through the room block. The room block will open in early 2023.
Deans, and department chairs should not book their hotel accommodations. As required attendees, this will be done on your behalf.
Note: Travel costs and hotel accommodations for full-time and part-time faculty will not be covered by APUS.
