Classroom Scholarship for the 2020 National Coastal & Estuarine Virtual Summit
Restore America's Estuaries
I have been awarded a class scholarship so that students in the September start (Summer D001) of EVSP310 Water Science, a core course in the BS Environmental Science curriculum, can all attend the National Coastal & Estuarine Summit, which will be held virtually September 29 – October 1, 2020. All registration fees for the enrolled students and me as the instructor of record are covered by this scholarship.
The website describes this summit as "a highly interactive, state of the art, virtual opportunity to network with colleagues, share lessons learned, and hear from experts on the latest in coastal restoration and management. More than 300 expert panels, presentations, and posters have been selected and more than 30 sponsors have already committed to support this year’s virtual Summit" (see https://estuaries.org/summit/about/).
