Methods of Payment

Course tuition and any fee payments, such as Transfer Credit Evaluation (TCE) fees, transcripts, etc., are due and payable at the time of request.

APUS accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Federal financial aid
  • Online payments from MasterCard®, Visa® or Discover®
  • Online e-checks from U.S.-based banks
  • Various types of Military Tuition Assistance, loan documents, and Employee Vouchers, etc.*


*Please note:
Payment is not complete, and the request is not processed, until loan documents, and/or any Military Tuition Assistance or Employee Voucher documentation has been received and processed by the APUS Finance Office.
