APUS offers an Automatic Debit Plan (ADP) to enable students to spread tuition payments out over time by having them automatically charged to a credit card on a pre-set schedule. The amount and number of payments is proportional to the length of the course. Students in 16-week courses make four ADP payments. Students in 8-week courses make two ADP payments.
|16-Week Schedule|| |
|Upon Registration||1/4 of tuition due + 100% of the Technology Fee|
|15th of session's first month||1/4 of tuition due|
(e.g., for May 5th course, payment due 5/15)
|15th of session's second month||1/4 of tuition due|
(e.g., for May 5th course, payment due 6/15)
|15th of session's third month||1/4 of tuition due|
(e.g., final payment for May 5th course due 7/15)
|8-Week Schedule|| |
|Upon Registration||1/2 of tuition due + 100% of the Technology Fee|
|15th of session's first month||1/2 of tuition due|
(e.g., for May 5th course, final 1/2 due 5/15)
ADP Late Payments
If a credit card is declined, the student will be notified and given 7 days in which to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make the payment. If payment is not received, a $25 late fee will be charged to the student's account.
