NASM Exam Benefits

  • Undergraduate students: You have the option to take the NASM-CPT exam at an APU-preferred student rate upon completing the APU Exercise Programming and Testing (SPHE420) course, taught through our B.S. in Sports and Health Sciences program. Pricing details provided upon course completion.
  • Graduate students: You have the option to take the NASM-PES exam at an APU-preferred student rate upon completing the APU Optimal Sports Performance (SPHS509) course, taught through our M.S. in Sports and Health Sciences program. Pricing details provided upon course completion.

Tuition Cost per Credit

  • $270/undergraduate credit hour
  • $350/graduate credit hour
  • *Military Undergraduate: $250
  • *Military Graduate: $325

*We offer our military-affiliated students a tuition grant that caps undergraduate tuition at $250/credit hour (military TA limit) and graduate tuition at $325/credit hour. This grant is for U.S. active-duty servicemembers, Guard, Reserve, military spouses and dependents, and veterans.
