Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Political Science (concentrations in International Relations and Political Theory) and Philosophy from Bradley University, and received a Master of Arts with distinction in Political Philosophy from The University of York, in York, England.
After graduation Ryan eventually found his place at American Public University System (APUS), where he expanded his knowledge of career services and helped to create the Career Services site located AMU and APU’s main pages.
Ryan thoroughly enjoys reading and writing about employment-related news, the global economy, U.S. monetary policy, and the job application process and associated topics. In addition to writing for APUS’ Career Services Blog, Ryan has contributed articles to the foreign affairs magazine Diplomatic Courier and had an article published in the 2009 G8 Summit Magazine.
