Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies
This program provides students with the requisite knowledge and skills necessary to make them successful in today's legal environment. The program is designed for those who are interested in attending law school or for those who are preparing to enter the field as a paralegal, law enforcement officer, investigator, researcher, advocate, or a variety of other positions in the legal environment. The program covers major substantive areas of legal study and approaches the law from a wide variety of methodological perspectives. Students are also taught the fundamentals of legal research and writing by thorough examination of applicable case law.
