Focus is on the understanding and creation of a fine dining experience for consumers, standards and expectations of restaurant owners, managers, reviewers, and consumers. Restaurant placement, target clientele, price points, cuisine development, tips, and marketing techniques that restaurants employ to enhance the dining experience are addressed.
