Biography - Cory A Foster


Cory Foster is an adjunct faculty member in the Sports and Health Science Department. He has written and taught a variety of courses at APUS over the past ten years which currently includes: Gender Issues in Sport, Sport Management Foundations, Athletic Programs Administration and occassionally Sports Recreation and Facilities Management.

Cory holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in All-Level Physical Education as well as a Masters in Education in Sports Management both from Hardin-Simmons University. He was hired straight out of college as the Head Men's Soccer Coach for Hardin-Simmons University, and went on to coach there as well as at the high school level for 8 years. Cory currently lives in the North Dallas area of Texas and loves the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.

Cory has been married for 15 years and has a 10 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. His interests includes playing golf, hanging out with the family and watching sports (especially the NFL).
