Biography - Karin S Conradson

I have over 25 years of business and corporate experience. For the last 12 years I have worked in the Human Resource field; my career in Human Resources and business has taken me from Little Rock, Arkansas to Ogallala, Nebraska to Cheyenne Wyoming to and Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and back to Heber Springs, Arkansas. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management, a Masters of Business Administration and a Certification in Business Development. My dream is to earn my PhD while supporting my family through online teaching; currently I am working towards this dream. I love being part of the education system via the Internet. To be able to share my experience and knowledge through a classroom is the best job I have ever had the pleasure of fulfilling. For the past twenty-five years, I have mainly worked in the Financial Corporate, Human Resources and Risk Management areas; however, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker for the state of Arkansas and have sold and developed both residential and commercial real estate.
