Dr. Erich W. Randall, a Lieutenant Colonel of Infantry in the United States Army, serving as a strategic planner to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon. Previous assignments have been as a student in the Army War College, Military Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies; Chief of Combat Equipment Systems Integration for the Army National Guard; Director of Advertising and Marketing for the Army National Guard; Strategic Planner for US Central Command (CENTCOM) in Tampa, Florida; Chief of Strategic Communication for Army National Guard; Executive Officer, 3/11 Infantry (OCS) at Fort Benning, Georgia; and Commander of B Co, 3/126 Infantry in Holland, MI.
In the civilian sector, Dr. Randall was the owner of a printing and graphic communications company in Michigan. His primary market was health care, occupying nearly 75 pct. of his business. Providing these services to the health care industry focused Erich’s attention on Risk Communication.
Erich holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University with primary research areas of Leadership and Communication. He holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Communication also from Central Michigan University.
