Biography - Jeffrey T Fowler

A Prof Fowler is the Director and CEO of Osprey Protective Services Inc. a security consulting firm. He has over thirty years of experience in private and military security and law enforcement. He retired from the U.S. military in 1997.
He served in Korea Germany and the United States. His tours include Commander West Point Military Police Company Director of Security - Miesau Army Depot Germany and G-2 Security Officer 60th Ordnance Group Germany. A Prof Fowler received a BS in Criminal Justice Administration from Marshall University in 1984 and an MA in Military History from Vermont College of Norwich University in 1991.
