Biography - Courtney Bruno


Courtney Bruno has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Western International University and a Master of Counseling in Community Counseling from The University of Phoenix. She has completed a one year certificate in Infant/Family Studies from the Harris Institute and has taken many masters’ level courses in Special Education specializing in Autism.

Professor Bruno holds a License as an Associate Counselor in the State of Arizona. She has worked in the behavioral health field for over 11 years. Most recently she has been working as a Child and Family Therapist for a non-profit agency. She has experience working with adults, children, and families throughout her eleven year career in Community Behavioral Health. She has worked with these populations in the capacity of Counselor, Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor.

She is married and resides in Arizona. She has two children, an 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. She is the Leader of a Girl Scout Troop and loves to travel.
