Tanisha Alston is currently employed as an Instructor for American Public University System. She is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. While serving in the Air Force she wore many hats to include transportation, supply management and supervisory duties. She also has experience as an entrepreneur and as a university advisor.

Personal:
Tanisha currently lives in Upper Marlboro, MD. She is married, with three children (twin boys and a son). She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. Tanisha also has a passion for teaching as she has taught all different ages from preschool to adult education. She enjoys staying up to date on current events, reading, learning, and when she has time volunteering at her son’s school.


Educational:
Tanisha has a Bachelor’s in Management from National-Louis University and a dual Master’s in Procurement and Acquisitions Management, and Management and Leadership from Webster University.
