Biography - Linda L Eckert


Linda is a professional educator with 22 years’ experience in education. Her experience is in Community College and Adult Education. Linda has an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction Education, from Purdue University Lafayette, Indiana. She also has a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting), from St Joseph’s College, Rensselaer, Indiana.

Linda has worked with Adult Education the Northwest as coordinator/director of the Northwest LINCS Project, a federally funded program provided by the National Institute for Literacy. She worked within a seven state area helping literacy practitioners access resources through the Internet.
Linda has taught at the community college level for 20 years teaching technology, business, college success, critical thinking, personal finance, education and personal finance courses. She has been involved with online learning for 10 years; developing and facilitating classes for teacher professional development and community college students.

Linda’s teaching philosophy is “whatever it takes”, let the learning begin!
