Background:
Felix Agalaba is both an academia and a practitioner. He brings 15+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) encompassing duties in various areas (software engineering/programming, networking, Information Systems Management, Databases, technical Systems Analysis and support, and providing trainings both in-class and distance) of IT but mainly in software engineering. He understands first-hand the importance, benefits, and challenges of online learning. He also understands the role of the student and the instructor in online learning environments which helps him greatly drive his students to success. He currently works as a Software Engineer and Technical Systems Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia.

Felix Agalaba enjoys teaching, training, and impacting his knowledge on others to help them succeed whether in academic environment or corporate settings. He usually feels satisfied and fulfilled when his students master the current subject matter and speak of acquiring knowledge that leads them to the next level in their academic pursuit or to higher positions professionally. For him, teaching and learning do not only enrich students; rather, they are knowledge and personal growth journey for everyone—the student, teacher, and the society!
