Raymond C Grant

I received my Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Public Administration from the University of Southern California’s (USC’s) School of Policy, Planning, and Development. I Co-Chaired USC’s DPA Dissertation Forum for several years. This Forum gave assistance to Graduate Students in their dissertation writing process. I also received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University’s Graduate School of Commerce and Finance. I earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

I served as an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University, the University of the District of Columbia, and the University of Southern California’s School of Public Administration. I teach Public Administration, Administrative Theory, Health Program Evaluation, and Management Science. I have experienced teaching online courses using the ecollege platform but have not used the Sakai system.

I was the Senior Policy Analyst for the Office of Surveillance and Biometrics (OSB), Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Office of Surveillance and Biometrics is responsible for drafting and evaluating (OSB) Policy; implementing and evaluating OSB’s Strategic Planning process; developing Global Harmonization SG2 requirements for Medical Device Reporting" for Japan, Norway, Germany, the Czech Republic, Canada & the United. States; and responding to Congressional Inquiries.
