Kim Otterstetter received her B.A. in Business Administration from Davenport University in 1996. She received her M.A.T. in Education (computer science and business) from Wayne State University in 2003 and her M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Davenport University Online in 2008.
Kim began her career in management in 1992 working in operations management. She managed a variety of restaurants for over ten years. Kim also worked as a high school business education teacher and as a Director of Human Resources for a national restaurant corporation.
Kim has been teaching both management and human resource courses since 2002 at various colleges. Presently, Kim works as a full-time instructor teaching human resource courses at the undergraduate level online.
Kim likes to travel with her husband and five children. She lives in Michigan, enjoys camping and scuba diving.
