Kristen is an adjunct professor in the Sports and Health Sciences & Sports Management program. Her teaching interests include Sport & Exercise Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Sport Psychology for the injured athlete.
Kristen is also an Assistant Professor at Morrisville State College in upstate NY. She is the program director of the Human Performance and Health Promotion Bachelor of Science degree. She teaches courses such as Strength and Conditioning, Sport & Exercise Psychology, Kinesiology, Cardiopulmonary Assessment, and Anatomy & Physiology.
Kristen holds a B.A. from Oswego State College in Psychology, and a M.S. and PhD from Florida State University in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is also in the process of becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Kristen lives in Cazenovia, NY and spends most of her free time with her family. Specifically, she loves playing with her two toddler nieces, Marley and Maggie. She also loves watching any sport, exercising, and taking walks with her australian shepherd, Milo.
