Biography - Coby J Webb

Dr. Coby Webb holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University, a master's degree in Business Administration / Public Administration, and a doctorate degree in Management - Organizational Leadership. She has been in law enforcement for the last 20 years. Dr. Webb has worked various assignments; such as, patrol, detective sergeant, bicycle patrol, mounted patrol, K-9 handler, and hostage negotiator. She is currently assigned to develop a leadership program within her 4000 officer department.
