Biography - Paul A Potter

Paul Potter received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He then earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

Paul has been working in the retail sector for the last 14 years. He is currently a Compliance Assessment Manager for Walmart where his primary territory is the 19 states that make up their East Business Unit. Prior to this position, he was the Market Grocery Manager responsible for 8 stores. Paul spent 12 years with Target holding a variety of positions. Prior to leaving Target, Paul was a Store Team Leader for 3 years and a Food Operations Specialist for the New England states.

Paul and his wife reside in North Carolina with their 4 children whose ages range from 2 to 8. In his spare time, Paul participates in the various activities his children are involved in.
