Biography - Andrew G Harter


Andrew Harter, adjunct faculty, holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business Management from Muhlenberg College.

Professor Harter is a senior methodologist with the Defense Intelligence Agency, serving the Office for the Collection Management Enterprise. He previously served as the Associate National Agency Coordinator for the California Governor's Office of Homeland Security and as an Intelligence Analyst with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Security Analysis and Risk Management Association (SARMA) and also as their Chairman for Common Knowledgebase Initiatives. He was published by George Mason University School of Law in 2007 and in January 2011 by CRC Press.
