Tiffany Wedlake is a Preventive Medicine Physician. She has previously taught Epidemiology and Clinical tools for the UNC School of Medicine. She holds a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from the Medical College of Georgia and a Master's of Public Health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She received her BS in Microbiology from the University of Georgia. She currently does clinical work in Fuquay Varina, NC and on Fort Bragg. She has done research related to prostate cancer and H1N1.
Dr. Wedlake has also done international work as a medical missionary. She has completed specialized training in disaster response and medical team leadership in the developing world setting.
Dr. Wedlake served 3 years in the US Army as a physician before working for the Army as a contract physician. She served in DC, Korea and at Fort Bragg. She is married to an Active Duty Army Officer who is currently working in the 82nd Airborne Division. She has two boys, ages 2 and 4.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her boys, being involved at her church, running and biking.
