Biography - Timothy D Brown

Tim Brown has over 15 years of experience in M&A, financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial management. He has advised clients or held corporate positions in a wide range of industries including information technology, telecommunications, web services, industrial technology, energy and manufacturing.

Currently at England & Company, a Washington, DC-based investment bank, Mr. Brown has held investment banking and research associate positions at middle market investment banks where he advised both public and private companies in numerous mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, Mr. Brown served in corporate finance and strategy positions at AOL, MCI Communications and Time Warner.

Mr. Brown received his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and his MBA from the George Washington University with concentrations in Finance and Investments.
