Biography - Ray H Walker

Ray Walker is a Detective Sergeant currently assigned to the Arson Explosives Detail for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Ray is a certified bomb technician and an arson investigator. He supervises 20 detectives and leads a team of counter terrorism divers with credentials as a Special Deputy - US Marshall assigned to a FBI Task Force that is assigned to mitigate issues that arise in the harbors and waterways of Los Angeles County.
Mr. Walker has over 33 years of law enforcement experience and over 20 years of teaching experience in the law enforcement communtity. Mr. Walker has also had assignements in patrol, narcotics, and SWAT.
Mr. Walker holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Chapman University.
