Biography - Anne P Kemp


Professor Anne Kemp attended The University of Arizona where she received a B.A. in Sociology, summa cum laude, and was inducted into The Phi Beta Kappa Society and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Subsequently, she attended The University of Tennessee College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate degree. During law school, she was a member of the International Law Moot Court Team and a member of the editorial board of The Tennessee Law Review. Professor Kemp is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Following law school, she began working as a staff attorney at WilmerHale in Washington D.C. focusing on secured transactions, litigation and enforcement. Currently, as adjunct faculty, she teaches American law courses at a university in Hong Kong.

Professor Kemp currently resides in Hong Kong, SAR, China with her husband and her two children.
