Biography - Helen Wilkins

Helen Wilkins received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Shepherd University. She earned a Master’s of Arts degree in Counseling from West Virginia University in 2005. She spent almost 12 years working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of the Interior as a Comptroller and Systems Accountant, working in both Disaster Management operations and Financial System implementations. Mrs. Wilkins has a combined family, including seven children. Five of which are college students. Her hobbies include playing the piano, thoroughbred horseracing, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
