Biography - David W Hays

I'm currently a part-time instructor teaching courses in the Master of Public Administration program. I also serve as Adjunct Associate Professor for the Master of Biomedical Informatics degree program, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I retired in 1997 from the Medical Service Corps United States Navy after twenty-four years of service. I hold the following degrees Doctor of Public Administration (DPA), Nova Southeastern University; Master of Arts, Management and Supervision, Central Michigan University; and Bachelor of Science (BS), The University of the State of New York.
