Biography - Sheladia Houze

Sheladia "Shea" Houze is an adjunct instructor for COLL 100. Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi and Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia. Her research interests include student engagement, campus ecology, and multicultural competence. She is currently a Career Advisor at the University of Memphis and pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education Administration.
