Biography - Michael J Sherfy

My name is Michael Sherfy and I became involved with APUS in 2009. Prior to that I taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while earning my Ph.D. in History and Masters in Library and Information Science. After that, I taught in visiting positions at the Ohio State University and Western Illinois University. I have also taught adjunct courses at other institutions, most recently at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Currently I am living a bi-coastal lifestyle--provided one considers the Mississippi and Kokosing rivers to be "coasts"--and revising my manuscript for publication.
