Biography - Rebecca Hernandez

Rebecca Hernandez completed her Bachelor's degree in Education with an emphasis in History and Political Science from The University of Toledo in 1997. After completing her undergraduate degree she attended Seattle University School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2000.

After earning her certification from the Ohio Board of Education, she began her career as a Social Studies instructor teaching American History and American Government. While serving as a high school teacher Ms. Hernandez initiated an annual fundraiser for the Gift for Yanks. This program educated students about the issues facing our Nation's veterans. During her tenure, this program raised over fourteen thousand dollars for Ohio’s aging veterans.

She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA and has a license to practice law in Washington State.
