Biography - Gary M Grimm

Hello All,
I look forward to getting to know all of you and it is my desire that you will come away form our experiences together with a deeper understanding and appreciation for history!

I received a bachelors degree in psychology with minors in English and Education during my time in Southern California. During this time I developed a deep love for Dodgers baseball and Lakers basketball, and I still follow those teams. I was blessed to be able to travel and have visited most of the states in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica and several countries in Europe. I was glad to have been able to settle in sunny Florida, but now I am pleased to have moved back to the west!

I completed my masters in History at Fort Hays State University and appreciated the special time I spent there. I have taught at various grade levels, from junior high to adult. In recent years the opportunity has presented itself for me to experience online learning, both from taking these types of courses and as an instructor. I feel that looking at this type of course from both sides has given me invaluable insight into "what works."
