Biography - Lilia Putintsev

Lilia Putintsev currently resides in the Pacific Northwest. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and French with a focus on modern European intellectual and cultural history from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She then went on to receive her Master’s Degree in history from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where she specialized in Modern Russia and Modern France. She has an interest in modern American history, European history, and the history of empire. She is passionate about learning and believes that all students can succeed if they are provided the proper tools.
