Biography - Angela J Costanzo


Angela J. Costanzo received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and a graduate degree in Ecology from the University of Washington. Professor Costanzo recently completed an intensive Wilderness First Responder, CPR, and First Aid course in Mastatal, Costa Rica, and is a biology and environmental science professor at Hawai’i Pacific University (HPU) on Oahu. Additionally, Angela is co-owner for a consulting and education LLC, which specializes in process improvement and education in Latin American countries. Professor Costanzo has over a decade of experience traveling to and instructing courses in Latin America. Since 2009, Angela has also been the Curriculum Area Liaison (CAL) for Natural Sciences for the Military Campus Programs (MCP) at HPU. Angela is married to fellow professor Paul J Costanzo, has one son, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and SCUBA. She is also a cancer survivor and is always fighting for the cause in one way or another.
