Kelly D Jernigan

Kelly Jernigan graduated from Virginia Tech with B.A. degrees in French and History in 2002. After working in the telecommunications field for several years, she began graduate school at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In December 2007, she earned her M.A. in History after successfully defending her thesis titled "Political Conspiracy in Napoleonic France, The Malet Affair." Her current research interest centers on political conspiracy in 19th century France.

Kelly currently resides in Blacksburg, Virginia and is working on her dissertation, having passed her General Exams in the spring of 2010.
