Biography - Cindy S Underhill


Cindy Underhill received a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 1990. She earned her Masters Degree in Library Science from Catholic University in May, 2008. Cindy is a member of the National Council of Teachers of English, the Virginia Association of Teachers of English, and her local education association.

She currently teaches 10th grade English in Loudoun County, Virginia. Before coming to Virginia, she taught middle school English in Indiana for four years. Before that, she worked at a juvenile detention center for boys where she created the educational program, developed the curriculum, and taught the classes at the center.
